#PPEInitiative is an awareness campaign to fight COVID-19 in Africa and the Caribbean, and to support healthcare and front-line professionals in need of personal protective equipments. In fact, a good number of hospitals and doctors don’t have gloves, gowns, masks nor eye protections. Without these items, they cannot work without risking their health.
To meet this urgent need, PPEInitiative is making a call for projects to all engineers, university students, entrepreneurs and any citizen who have access to a 3D machine. They could all work together to meet the growing needs of masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) in the country. It’s by being united that we will overcome this pandemic.
Also, if anyone has unopened and unexpired personal protective equipments to donate to hospitals, physicians, dentists or any other health professionals, please fill out the below form and we will get back to you.

If you want to donate PPEs, you can do so by dropping them off at your nearest hospital.
All equipment donated will be inspected, decontaminated and assessed. Donations will be acknowledged on our online Donor wall unless you wish to remain anonymous. Social/Physical Distancing best practices will be adhered to during drop off.
